We are currently seeking an Advertising Data Coordinator to help us maintain and optimize our advertising data management processes. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input, manage, and update advertising data from various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Organize and categorize advertising reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Regularly update and maintain advertising databases to ensure data integrity.
- Meet all deadlines for data entry and reporting, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in advertising data, ensuring reliability and clarity.
- Collaborate with team members to suggest and implement improvements for campaign tracking processes.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
- Strong communication skills for team collaboration and reporting.
- Previous experience with advertising analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
