Media Buying Coordinator

IMGC is looking for a Media Buying Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play an important role in supporting our media buying and accounting operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with advertising or related industry experience who wants to expand their knowledge of media buying, operations, billing, and network coordination while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the day-to-day media buying process, helping ensure information is accurate, deadlines are met, and our internal and external partners stay aligned.

Your responsibilities will include:

Compile, format, and distribute weekly reports to the buying team and management.
Review clearance reports and pre-logs to verify order specifications and ensure accuracy.
Assist with resolving credit discrepancies and coordinate with Accounting regarding letters of liability.
Provide supporting documentation for accounting, billing, and reconciliation needs.
Maintain clear, professional communication with network representatives and coordinators.
Support media buyers with booking processes and related administrative responsibilities.
Communicate regularly with affiliates and account teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
Manage multiple priorities while keeping a close eye on deadlines and time-sensitive details.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of their work.

Qualifications & Experience:

At least one year of experience in advertising or a related field.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team.
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong administrative and billing-related experience is highly valued.

Our Work Environment

This position follows a hybrid schedule:

Monday–Thursday: In-office
Friday: Work from home

You’ll work closely with our media buying team, account teams, affiliates, network representatives, and Accounting department, giving you valuable exposure to the many moving parts behind successful media campaigns.
